What we keep

When you send a form we keep what you typed (name, mobile, email if given, and your answers), the page you sent it from, and a scrambled form of your internet address to stop spam. Owners' photos are stored privately and never shown on the site.

Why

Only to answer you, show you flats, quote a package, or manage your flat. We contact you on WhatsApp, by phone or by mail.

What we never do

We never sell your details or pass them to anyone outside our team. Owner names, phone numbers and flat numbers never appear on the site.

Analytics

We count page visits and button clicks without cookies that identify you.

Deleting your details

Write to hi@premiumfurnishedflats.com or WhatsApp +91 96370 16303 and we delete them.
