Premium Furnished Flats rents fully furnished flats in Pimple Saudagar, Wakad and Baner/Balewadi, and furnishes flats for owners and tenants with furniture and appliance packages.
We run two kinds of flats: Signature flats that we lease, furnish and maintain ourselves, and Selected owner flats that pass our 40-point standard.
A flat should be ready
Moving to a new city is hard enough. A flat should be clean, working and complete on the first night, and someone should answer when something breaks.
That is what we do in three neighbourhoods we know well: Pimple Saudagar, Wakad and Baner/Balewadi. We check every flat against the same 40 points, show real photos and video, and do the paperwork for you.
